Hiroshima-style podcasts

Today I listened to Hiroshima university podcasts. They talked about Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki. Okonomiyaki is Japanese grilled food cooked on a hot plate. Okonomiyaki is mainly made of cabbage, egg and flour. The other ingredients and recipes are varied depending on region. Hiroshima-style one differs from ordinary one in that it contains soba. It is loved by Hiroshima citizens and famous nation-wide. I loved one, too and I want to be able to cook Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki well in my life in Hiroshima.
